Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-08-06 · Draft pending final review

1. What we collect

Account: your email address (the account anchor) and optional profile fields (username, bio, avatar). Activity: trades, copy subscriptions, deposits and withdrawals — the records needed to operate a trading account. Technical: IP address and device data in server logs and error reports, kept for security and debugging. We do not collect government ID; we never see or store your private keys.

2. What is public

Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are public by the nature of blockchains. Your Predictmoni profile is private by default; if you make it public, your username, bio and trading activity become visible at your profile URL.

3. How we use data

To run the service (execute your trades and copies, detect your deposits, show your history), to secure it (rate limiting, abuse and fraud prevention, audit logging), and to support you. We do not sell your data and do not run third-party advertising.

4. Service providers

We rely on third-party providers to operate the service. Each one only receives the data it needs for its stated purpose, and none of them are permitted to use it for their own ends:

If you need the specific companies behind these categories, email support@predictmoni.com and we will provide the current list.

5. Your rights

From your account you can export a copy of your data at any time, and you can delete your account. Deleting removes your email, username and profile straight away, and signs you out everywhere. Records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction history, are kept without your identity attached to them. For anything else, email support@predictmoni.com.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use local storage for session state, your theme choice, and interface preferences. No third-party advertising cookies.

7. Changes

We will post changes here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change is acceptance. See also our Terms of Service.
