1. What Predictmoni is

Predictmoni is a non-custodial interface for prediction markets. It lets you view markets and trader rankings, place trades on third-party venues (such as Polymarket), and automatically mirror ("copy") trades of other traders, from the web, Telegram and Discord. Predictmoni is not a prediction-market venue, broker, exchange, or investment adviser.

2. Your keys, your funds

Your wallet is created and secured through Privy; Predictmoni's servers cannot move or withdraw your funds. Withdrawals are signed by you, in your own session. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account email — losing it can mean losing access to your wallet.

3. Risk disclosure

Prediction markets are speculative. You can lose the entire amount you commit to any trade. Copy trading amplifies this: past performance of a trader you copy does not predict future results, and mirrored trades execute automatically within the limits you set. Prices can move between a leader's trade and your mirrored trade. Markets can resolve against you, be voided, or become illiquid. Only commit money you can afford to lose.

4. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and are responsible for ensuring that your use of prediction markets is lawful where you live. Access to underlying venues may be restricted by venue rules or geographic requirements; you may not use Predictmoni to evade such restrictions.

5. Fees

Predictmoni may charge fees on trades, disclosed at the point of trade. Underlying venues and blockchains charge their own fees, which are outside our control.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for losses caused by venue outages, blockchain congestion, third-party service failures, or scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predictmoni's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid to Predictmoni in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

8. Account termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your settings (financial records are retained in anonymized form as required for bookkeeping). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to attack it, or use it unlawfully — suspension never blocks your ability to withdraw your own funds.
